When you register and use TajirBook, we collect the following information:

• Account information: email address, business name, owner name, phone number, city
• Business data you enter: retailers, products, invoices, purchases, payments, and related records
• Usage data: modules accessed, features used, timestamps of activity
• Device information: browser type, operating system, IP address

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Provide and maintain the TajirBook service
• Process your subscription and payments
• Send important account and service notifications
• Improve the app based on usage patterns
• Respond to support requests

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase infrastructure, which uses industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Each tenant's data is isolated in separate Firestore collections and is not accessible to other tenants.

We do not sell, rent, or share your business data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which you may request an export. After 30 days, all your data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all data stored about your business at any time via the Backup feature
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export your data in JSON format at any time
• Correct any inaccurate account information

6. Cookies and Local Storage

TajirBook uses browser local storage to maintain your login session and app preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

7. Third-Party Services

TajirBook uses the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase — database, authentication, and hosting
• Google Fonts — typography (loaded from Google servers)

These services have their own privacy policies. Firebase is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of TajirBook after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
