1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using TajirBook, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including distributors, their staff, and retailers accessing the platform.

2. Description of Service

TajirBook is a cloud-based wholesale distribution management software (SaaS) designed for Pakistani businesses. The service includes invoicing, inventory management, party statements, order management, and related features as described on tajirbook.pk.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to register
• One account represents one business entity (one tenant)
• You may not share your account with other businesses

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to features based on the plan selected. No credit card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial period, the account will be limited unless a subscription is activated. Trial data is preserved and remains accessible upon subscription activation.

5. Subscription and Payment

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
• Payment is accepted via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, or bank transfer
• Subscriptions are activated manually upon payment confirmation
• No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use TajirBook for any illegal purpose or in violation of Pakistani law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the platform
• Share your account credentials with users outside your organization
• Use the service to store illegal content or conduct fraudulent transactions
• Attempt to access other tenants' data

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into TajirBook. We do not claim any rights to your business data. You may export your data at any time using the built-in Backup feature. Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

8. Service Availability

We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or system failures beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

TajirBook is a tool to assist your business operations. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on data in the system, for errors in your entered data, or for financial losses arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription month.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your account access ends immediately. Your data will be retained for 30 days during which you may request an export. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of TajirBook after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sindh, Pakistan.
